Our journey began in April 1987 at Hubert Chittam Realty, where two of our owners, Chris and Ginna, gained invaluable knowledge and experience under the guidance of Hubert. As Ginna’s father and Chris’ great uncle, Hubert instilled strong family values that have remained at the core of our mission. Fast forward 38 years, Chris and Ginna reunited as partners and welcomed a fresh perspective by bringing Jackson on board. Today, our dedicated team remain committed to making a lasting impact—not just through real estate, but by actively supporting and uplifting our community.
